Elite detectors will determine if the fault is under warranty and contact the main company for the second part of the warranty process.

If the manufacturer decides to receive the product for repair, the customer will process the repair directly with the manufacturer.

If the manufacture will decide to send spare parts to Germany, to Elite detectors (Ali Alrifai), the company will find with the customer the right way to repair or to change the parts in the most efficient way.

If the manufacturer decides to send spare parts directly to the customer, the shipping payments will be under the manufacture.

The repair process can take between 14-30 working days. Only with a warranty card that is provided by Elite detectors.

Elite detectors (Ali Alrifai) work and respect the manufacturers’ terms and will try to stand by the customer side.
